  • Mastering the principles of cognitive development, personality, and identification of student's initial abilities; theoretical concepts of educational foundations, learning strategies, learning theories and learning of fine arts; the principles of preparing learning materials and media, learning designs, learning methods; the principle of evaluating learning both processes and results with various methods to improve the quality of learning programs; the principles of self-actualization of students' potential; and mastering concepts, theories, principles, methods, and techniques, both in the realm of science and the creation of works of art.
  • Able to apply pedagogic and management competencies, apply skills and processes to create fine arts, design collaborative art lessons, study and explore Indonesian culture for art learning, solve problems in learning, design art education research, apply art appreciation and criticism methods pedagogic arts, as well as applying art learning methods that accommodate inclusive education.

  • Mastering the concepts, theories, principles, methods, research and development of fine arts; concepts, theories, methods, and principles in the development of ICT-based visual arts learning technology; concepts, theories, principles, methods, and techniques in the realm of art creation; and master the knowledge and ability to analyze, design, and develop creative exploration in the field of fine arts.
  • Able to design innovative art learning media by applying ICT; explore techniques, media, values, and cultural characteristics of the archipelago as applicable content and methods in art education; and able to apply creativity in the spirit of intrapreneurship for the development of a superior urban society.
